A woman from another local nursing home just e-mailed to find out how to get in touch with the workers who quit. She said they have openings and that they pay people based on experience, so they would get paid more than the nursing home I wrote about is offering.
This may be the first story I've written since I got here that may actually make a difference...

Its great that some one is getting the word of healthcare workers out there. As a healthcare worker my self, I feel over worked, under appreciated and under paid.
