A San Rafael, Calif. man is suing the police department there for his $10,000 porn collection, which they took during an investigation, according to the Associated Press.
Dennis Saunders, 59, was arrested in 2002 for taping a 45-year-old woman and 16-year-old girl in their bedrooms and bathrooms. He was sentenced to more than eight years in prison, but was released last month for good behavior.
Now he wants his 500 porn movies and 250 porn magazines back from the police. The police department is refusing to part with this evidence.
I'm sure it'll all work out in the end. He can always dust off the old video camera and make some homemade porn. There must be some new 16-year-old girls in his apartment building...
